LED sign boards and 3D acrylic letters are the latest way of representing your brand. They look more premium than normal glow signs boards, and are much more reliable and use much less power as compared to traditional signage.

LED sign boards use a large number of tiny LEDs as lighting source instead of neon tube lights. In most cases these signs are made in form of 3D acrylic letters with lighting embedded inside. They can be placed on building facades, walls and rooftops.

Low cost option

1. Glow Sign Boards

Constructed using a 1″ MS pipe frame and an option of LEDs or Tubelights used for lighting, we place a double side printed flex for excellent day-night color balance on the front face which is fully lit. An option of using double sided UV printed polycarbonate is also available, which increases the color depth and life of signage.

2. 3D LED Acrylic letters mounted on wall

One of the most commonly used way to represent your logo is to create 3D letters made from high quality cast acrylic, raised to the depth of 3-4 inches and branded (Samsung) LEDs fit inside permanently. These letters are fixed directly onto the walls or any other strong backing surface.

3. 3D LED Acrylic letters on ACP box (on wall or structure)

ACP (Aluminum composite panel) is used to make a box which is put in the background of the the letters. Apart from providing aesthetic appeal or matching branding colors, such a setup is also useful when a wall is not available and a signage is installed on a rooftop of on ground and a metal structure is created first.

3. 3D LED Acrylic letters on ACP box (on wall or structure)

ACP (Aluminum composite panel) is used to make a box which is put in the background of the the letters. Apart from providing aesthetic appeal or matching branding colors, such a setup is also useful when a wall is not available and a signage is installed on a rooftop of on ground and a metal structure is created first.

5. Stencil cut LED logo in ACP

This is an excellent option since the logo is cut through the ACP box and samsung LEDs are housed inside the box. The brightness of such a signage is really high and fabrication cost and maintenance cost are very low. The letters in this case are flat. This is a very useful option to consider when your logo or letters are thin, small or very complicated.

6. Stencil cut LED logo with solid letters in ACP

This is an extension of option 5. In this case, the letters are made of solid 15-18mm acrylic and pasted on top of the previous option. This gives a 3D look to the letters but basic construction remains same as option 5. But the brightness does reduce slightly due to additional layer of acrylic letters.

7. 3D LED acrylic letters and stencil cut ACP combination

This is a combination of option 3 and 5. In such a case, your logo can appear in bold 3D LED letters made from acrylic and any tagline or address or your business description can appear as flat letters in the box.

8. 3D LED acrylic letter with black vinyl on front

This is a useful method to block light from the front face and provide a back-glow effect.  3M vinyl is pasted on the front face and hence light is blocked. No aluminum casing is done here.

9. 3D LED acrylic letters with Aluminum casing in front (on the wall) 

In this case, letters and logo are made in acrylic and an aluminum casing (in required color; usually black) is put on the front. This causes the light to fall on the background and gives a really nice halo effect as shown. This style is useful where the logo or text color is black.

10. 3D LED acrylic letters with Aluminum casing in front on ACP box

When the wall is not suitable for fixing letters or is of a dark color, this option is useful as light will reflect off the ACP surface and absorb that color. Usually the ACP is light or silver in color for the best effect

11. 3D LED acrylic letter with Silver/golden SS casing on top

In this option, the casing on top is not aluminum but made of SS for the brushed silver or golden finish. Rest everything remains the same.
